Flecks of green, orange and pink dance across this natural solid Opal, surrounded by a bright halo of Diamonds. The oval centre has a lovely domed profile, with the cool White Gold setting making its shifting colours all the more inviting.

Turn the ring and a raised, open gallery comes into view, above a warm Yellow Gold band with gently divided shoulders. The contrast between the two Gold colours adds another pretty detail to this mid-century cluster. It is a captivating ring to admire both close up and on the hand.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Yellow Gold and 18ct White Gold.

Condition

VERY GOOD: This colourful Opal cluster ring is in very good condition overall. One claw is missing just to the right of the top of the Opal, although the stone remains secure. The lively Opal and sparkling Diamond surround make a beautiful pairing.
